8.6 2025 Helsinki, Finland

Day 21. Diving from Pölva to Tallinn for the ferry. I guess it is time to say goodbye and visit home for a change. Close to 5.000 km done already. Petrol ran out some 50km before Tallinn :0 Yes, the indicator went yellow long before. The road-sign said 500m to petrol station and petrol finished just on the junction! So I pushed Guzzi up to the hill and slid down to the station !! Took only 17 litres. Good luck this time. Then a chill-out drive through Helsinki, from east Katajanokka via Esplanadi to west highway. And finally with open throttle towards Turku. Home around 21:00 for a well-deserved beer.

Day 20. Again a two-up day-trip with Guzzi. This time to an airshow in Tartu airport museum. Quite a maneuvers there, and btw, there was an old aeroplane flying between Turku - St.Petersburg. Then a trip to a motor museum where mostly eastern cars, machines and motorbikes. Later on a lunch in a cafe.

4.6.2025 Rēzekne, Latvia

Day 17. Long day riding, some 460 km. And the best weather. Poland, Lithuania, Latvia, ... Väinälinna and mighty Väinäjoki. Ugrofinn's land. Late in the evening to Rēzekne, in eastern Latvia. Sovjet blocks of flats and a nice apartment there. But russki style, russian drunkards waiting for Putin's resurrection.

5.6.2025 Pölva, Estonia

Day 18 and an exciting day, going to a small town in eastern Estonia. When some 5 min's to destination, it started raining. So I arrived soak-wet. Evening with a super-nice family drinking wine, eating, talking about sovjet-time and playing with a puppy-dog.
