2.6.2025 Radom

Day 15. First to Wieliczka, near Cracow. I had a fascinating meeting with a polish-american colleaque. Some four hours in a fancy restaurant drinking coffee. Then through Cracow during rush-hour, via Nova Huta :o Finally on half-empty highway.... straight straight... Kielce, then Radom. Pathetic hotel, truly a handmade building, done by drunk workers. Everyone drunk and smelling for booze and cigarettes.

5.6.2025 Pölva, Estonia

Day 18 and an exciting day, going to a small town in eastern Estonia. When some 5 min's to destination, it started raining. So I arrived soak-wet. Evening with a super-nice family drinking wine, eating, talking about sovjet-time and playing with a puppy-dog.

7.6.2025 Tartu

Day 20. Again a two-up day-trip with Guzzi. This time to an airshow in Tartu airport museum. Quite a maneuvers there, and btw, there was an old aeroplane flying between Turku - St.Petersburg. Then a trip to a motor museum where mostly eastern cars, machines and motorbikes. Later on a lunch in a cafe.

4.6.2025 Rēzekne, Latvia

Day 17. Long day riding, some 460 km. And the best weather. Poland, Lithuania, Latvia, ... Väinälinna and mighty Väinäjoki. Ugrofinn's land. Late in the evening to Rēzekne, in eastern Latvia. Sovjet blocks of flats and a nice apartment there. But russki style, russian drunkards waiting for Putin's resurrection.
